Our consultants will guide you through available models, design options and pricing expectations while helping you understand the process from start to finish.
Following this, we’ll prepare a tailored project overview outlining your preferred design direction, estimated investment and recommended next steps.
2. Design & Project Planning
Once your preferred design is selected, our team begins the concept planning and project development stage. We prepare customised layouts and site planning considerations tailored to your property, lifestyle and local requirements.
During this phase, you’ll also work closely with our design team to finalise finishes, colour selections and optional upgrades, creating a home that feels refined, functional and uniquely yours.
3. Approvals & Pre-Construction
When you’re ready to proceed, we commence the pre-construction and approvals phase. This includes coordinating engineering, planning documentation, energy assessments and any required approvals specific to your site and project.
Our team works directly with consultants and relevant authorities to help streamline the process and ensure everything is prepared for construction to begin smoothly.
4. Manufacturing & Production
Once approvals are complete, your project moves into production within our controlled manufacturing environment. Every SMRT Built home is constructed using precision-focused systems designed to deliver quality consistency, improved efficiency and faster delivery compared with many traditional building methods.
This controlled process also helps minimise delays while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship throughout every stage of construction.

Depending on site conditions, installation is typically completed within just a few days before final service connections and finishing works commence.
6. Completion & Handover
Once installation and final works are complete, we conduct detailed quality inspections and final compliance checks before handover. Your SMRT Built representative will guide you through your new home, explain key features and ensure everything is completed to the highest standard before move-in.
7. Ongoing Support & Aftercare
